Too Funny Not to Post-Funky Town

There is no original picture for this one. I only wish I had a sound bite to share. The real kicker is at the end so keep reading.

Jason takes the boys out for a father and son activity every Saturday. Today, they are going to see the movie Hotel for Dogs at the theater that shows older movies.

Before they left he sat on the end of the stairs with the boys in his lap. Little JJ walked out of the bathroom and said his pants were funky (they were crooked) and that sparked a little singing and goofing time. Jason started singing, "Won't you take me to funky toooooowwwwn." Over and over he sang that line with the kids in a silly voice. The boys started singing it too. It was adorable to watch and it made me laugh.

What a fun family moment. At least we thought it was being shared with just our little family. When he stopped singing he heard a tiny voice behind him say, "you have reached the end of your recording time. Please hang up."

He turned around and found his cell phone. It had recorded a 4 minute message on a BIG time client's cell phone. Kevin admitted to playing with the phone while they were singing.

So, this guy is going to check his messages today, see the caller ID from Jason, and listen to a 4 minute rendition of Funky Town!
